Those who know me know that my mom and I are really close. It’s been us two since the beginning, and as a badass single mom, she has given me quite a comfortable life - she put me through school and into a career I love, she’s taken me to many places around the world, and has spoiled me rotten. Until now, she will make sure I’m taken care of before she thinks of herself at all. She has taught me that giving up is never an option and that in life no one else is going to look after me better than myself. She is the strongest, wisest, most selfless and generous person I know. She is my best friend, the one I turn to when I need cheering up, a pep talk, or someone to knock some sense into me. Her guidance and love has given me all that is good in my life. I will never run out of words to describe how amazing my mom is. Thanks for everything mom! Happy Mother’s Day and I love you! 💕
